Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery times depend on where you’re located. Orders within the U.S. usually arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders can take anywhere from 7–20 business days. Sometimes there may be delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or high demand, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address if the information provided was incorrect.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items. If that happens, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for help.

For international orders, your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
